The purpose of the study: to analyze the indications for surgery in women who underwent a caesarean section in Samarkand, and intestinal microbiocenosis in newborns. Materials and methods of research: The research material is the protocols of women who underwent caesarean section in the city of Samarkand, and their medical history. This article analyzes the causes of caesarean section in pregnant women in the Samarkand region and intestinal microbiocenosis in newborns born by caesarean section. Also, the adaptation features of early childhood in children born by caesarean section are considered. The features of adaptation to the external environment according to the method of delivery in early childhood in the observed patients are described. In addition, weight gain, the formation of intestinal microbiocenosis, lactation indicators in mothers of the main and control groups were studied in detail. Conclusion. Violation of the intestinal microbiocenosis from the first days of life in children born by caesarean section increases the risk of developing acute intestinal infections in the future. According to the results of the study, children born by caesarean section should be assigned to the risk group for intestinal infections in early infancy and require the development and implementation of methods for correcting the composition of the intestinal microbiocenosis.
