This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the introduction of neural network technologies and automation tools into the personnel management system in modern organizations. The study is aimed at assessing the place of artificial intelligence-based solutions at the stages of candidate selection, adaptation, labor assessment, training and forecasting personnel flow on an empirical and theoretical basis. Statistical data on world practice (WEF, McKinsey, Deloitte) and national experience within the framework of the "Digital Uzbekistan - 2030" and artificial intelligence development strategy are analyzed comparatively. The results obtained show that neural network-based HR systems increase labor productivity, but pose ethical, legal and competence risks. The article scientifically substantiates priority areas for national conditions.
