This article discusses loanwords, mainly Arabic loanwords. Opinions are expressed about the semantics of Arabic loanwords and their semantic changes. Some Arabic lexemes found in the works of Ibrat, a representative of Jadid literature, are analyzed from a semantic and lexical perspective.
