the article outlines the scientific, theoretical and practical foundations for the formation of a healthy lifestyle of physical culture among young people, their content and the rich historical heritage of our ancestors, summarizes the experience of the formation of their healthy lifestyle of physical culture in order to create conditions for biological (not physical) aging of the body, improving their physical activeness. The results obtained can be used in the theoretical and professional training of bachelors and masters. It is theoretically substantiated that their knowledge of health requires the formation of a culture of independent active movement in order to have an energetic, mature part of the body.
