This article explores the concept of linguistic expressiveness, scientific perspectives on it, definitions provided by various linguists, and issues related to its classification. The relevance of this research lies in the need to study the phenomenon of expressiveness, its manifestations, and methods of formation, as well as its importance in achieving communicative goals. Phraseological units play a special role in this process. They enhance the expressiveness of language, expand the possibilities for emotional and figurative expression, and contribute to the effectiveness of communication. The study examines the semantic and stylistic features of phraseological units and their impact on the degree of expressiveness depending on the context. The article highlights the significance of phraseological units as linguistic expressive means and provides conclusions on their effective use in speech.
