Annotatsiya

The article discusses the causes, types and effects of translation errors. Errors that occur in the translation process are mainly due to the level of knowledge of the translator, insufficient knowledge of the original language and subject, as well as linguistic and cultural interference. Although it is important to compare the original text with the translation when identifying errors, this does not always reveal the cause of the error. Translation errors can be of different degrees: errors that completely distort the original content, errors that incorrectly convey the meaning, errors that deviate from stylistic norms and errors that violate the mandatory norms of the language. The text also highlights syntactic differences in English, Russian and Uzbek, which can cause errors in the translation process. In conclusion, various factors, including language, culture, and worldview differences, lead to errors in the translation process.
