This article examines the role of acrobatic exercises in the system of stage movement and stage combat, as well as their importance in developing an actor’s physical training. The study analyzes the impact of acrobatic elements on coordination, balance, and body plasticity. The expressive function of acrobatics in stage performance is also highlighted. The research concludes that acrobatic exercises are an essential factor in enhancing the credibility and expressiveness of an actor’s performance.
