This article analyzes the issue of forming orchestral culture among young performers from the perspective of contemporary music education. The concept of orchestral culture is interpreted as a complex of key pedagogical components, including collective musical thinking, intonational coherence, rhythmic discipline, dynamic balance, the culture of interaction with the conductor, and ensemble responsibility. The article emphasizes that orchestral training should be organized not merely as performance practice, but as a complex pedagogical process. Such an approach contributes to the professional development of young musicians, the formation of stage culture, and the advancement of aesthetic thinking.
