This article presents a scientific analysis of the theoretical foundations, historical roots, and the role of the emerging concept of the Third Renaissance in Uzbekistan in the context of the country’s contemporary development. The study examines the essence and content of the concept of the Renaissance and substantiates the organic relationship between the periodsof the First (9th–12th centuries) and the Second (14th–15th centuries) Renaissances and the development processes of NewUzbekistan. The Third Renaissance is interpreted as a qualitative renewal of the ideosphere of society and as a process of transition from the stage of national revival to the stage of national advancement. The article demonstrates that the harmonious development of science, the education system, the innovation-driven economy, and spiritual and moral values constitutes the main factors of the Third Renaissance. Furthermore, on the basis of scholarly conclusions, the strategic significance of this concept is highlighted in ensuring sustainable national development, enhancing human capital, and enabling Uzbekistan to take its place among the developed countries of the world.
