Maqolada jismoniy tarbiya va sport yo'nalishi bitiruvchilarining kasbiy-pedagogik tayyorgarlik darajasini ish beruvchilar nuqtai nazaridan o'rganishga qaratilgan empirik tadqiqot natijalari bayon etiladi. Tadqiqot 2025 yilda Xorazm viloyatidagi umumiy o'rta ta'lim maktablari, bolalar-o'smirlar sport maktablari va boshqa sport tashkilotlarining 646 nafar vakili orasida Google Forms platformasi orqali o'tkazilgan anonim so'rovnoma asosida amalga oshirildi. Kompetensiyalar 5 ballik Likert shkalasi bo'yicha baholandi. Tadqiqot natijalari asosida ta'lim dasturlarini takomillashtirish va oliy ta'lim muassasalari bilan ish beruvchilar hamkorligini kuchaytirish bo'yicha amaliy takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
