Mazkur maqolada oziq-ovqat sanoatida texnika taraqqiyotining zamonaviy tendensiyalari, innovatsion texnologiyalarning ishlab chiqarish samaradorligiga ta’siri va iqtisodiy natijalari tahlil qilinadi. Global va milliy darajadagi statistik tahlillar texnologik modernizatsiyaning mehnat unumdorligi va eksport salohiyatini oshirishdagi o‘rnini ko‘rsatib beradi. Ushbu maqolada oziq-ovqat sanoatida innovatsion texnologiyalar (AI, IoT, blokcheyn) joriy etilishining iqtisodiy samaradorligi tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda global narxlar o‘zgarishi, O‘zbekiston oziq-ovqat sanoatidagi tizimli muammolar, xususan, saqlash va qayta ishlashdagi yo‘qotishlar ko‘rib chiqiladi. TAM modeli va ekonometrik tahlillar asosida tarmoqni 2030-yilgacha rivojlantirish istiqbollari va tannarxni pasaytirish yo‘llari ilmiy asoslangan.
