This article analyzes the impact of human capital financing on regional economic development. The research findings indicate that investments in human capital are a significant driver of economic growth, particularly in the long term, where their impact becomes more pronounced. Additionally, several challenges in the human capital financing system have been identified, including insufficient diversification of funding sources, regional disparities, and the underdevelopment of innovative financing mechanisms. Based on the results obtained, priority directions for improving the human capital financing system have been developed.
