This article examines the impact of export infrastructure development on regional competitiveness, using the Khorezm region of Uzbekistan as a case study. The research analyzes the region’s foreign trade indicators, transport and logistics infrastructure, industrial zones, and the influence of free economic zones on export potential. Based on data from stat.uz and xorazm.stat.uz, the article presents the export dynamics for 2020–2025, infrastructure investments, and their significance in enhancing regional competitiveness. The findings demonstrate that targeted investments in export infrastructure significantly increase the region’s foreign trade potential.
