Tadqiqot doirasida Estoniya, Singapur va Isroil kabi davlatlarning startap ekotizimlari, ularning mintaqaviy iqtisodiy o'sishga ta'siri va davlat tomonidan amalga oshirilgan siyosat choralari ko'rib chiqilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko'rsatadiki, muvaffaqiyatli startap ekosistemalari uchta asosiy ustun raqamli infratuzilma, qo'llab-quvvatlovchi davlat siyosati va xususiy sektor hamkorligi asosida qurilgan.
