This study analyses the mechanisms of strategic diversification of the bank resource base under the regulatory framework introduced by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The research highlights institutional approaches to improving the structure of bank resources and enhancing liquidity management. Based on the findings, scientific and practical recommendations are proposed to strengthen banks' financial stability and mitigate liquidity risks.
