Based on fundamental and empirical analysis, this article examines the factors influencing the law enforcement process, professional culture, and the manifestation of personal judgment errors in the administration of justice. The balance between the internal conviction of the adjudicator and the rule of law is considered, as well as the impact of psychological and social determinants on the quality of verdicts. Рractical proposals have been developed to minimize the personal factor, standardize professional reasoning, and digitalize the sentencing process.
