The article highlights the role of reforms being implemented in New Uzbekistan in social development, as well as the priority directions for transforming the country into a prosperous and well-developed state with strong potential and worthy prestige in the international arena. In addition, the significance of the Development Strategy of New Uzbekistan as an integral spiritual foundation that unites the people around common goals is scientifically substantiated.
