This article highlights the issues of preparing children for primary education, and developing their intellectual, creative, and social abilities within the framework of the Concept of Development of the Preschool Education System of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The study analyzes the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics) education technology and its components (including VR technologies and the Steam Workshop platform), which are recognized as the most effective approaches today. Considering that play is the core activity of preschool children, the methods of integrating STEAM fields through creative and rule-based games (role-play, construction, didactic, and physical games) are scientifically substantiated. Furthermore, based on the ideas of M. Montessori, the role of a creative educator in developing children's independent thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills in line with the requirements of the 21st century is identified.
