The article presents the development of a methodology for teaching French idiomatic expressions using modern digital tools and gamification technologies. The relevance of the topic is determined by the need to develop communicative competence and the challenges associated with mastering idioms through traditional methods. The methodology is based on cognitive-discursive, activity-based, and digital approaches. The empirical part includes a pedagogical experiment involving digital platforms (such as Quizlet, Genially, and others), which confirms the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
