This article analyzes the difficulties that arise in the translation process between different languages, based on linguistic and cultural factors. Additionally, it examines the theoretical foundations of translation, its types and approaches, and addresses the issues of equivalence and adequacy in translation. The article illustrates lexical, grammatical, semantic, cultural, phraseological, and terminological challenges encountered during the translation process, providing examples for each.
