The article reveals features of the phenomenon of gender lacunarity, such as the presence of nominations in which there are no gender pairs in the proverbial text, and in the proverb the lexical unit, which clearly represents gender, does not participate, by revealing asymmetric and symmetrical features of Proverbs expressing gender relations in English, Russian and Uzbek languages.
