This article examines the theoretical aspects of developing students' social and personal competence. It analyzes the concept of competence, the relationship between students' social and personal development, and the pedagogical approaches that facilitate the development of this competence within the modern education system. Additionally, the article provides methodological recommendations for fostering social and personal competence.
