It examines the characteristics of both free and set phrases, which serve as the foundational elements of a sentence. The article also discusses the interpretation of set phrases in sentence form, with a particular emphasis on defining the functional boundary between a phrase and a sentence. The researcher supports their conclusions with an analysis of examples presented in the article
