TEACHING FOR DLL-PROGRAM IN HIGHER EDUCATION: PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS

This article is about the implementing the DLL units in the university system and its results. The study includes the hypotheses on the use of the DLL units, difficulties in the application phase and proposed solutions. The DLL units' components and the learners' beneficial outcomes have been described. The topics covered in the units relevant to the teacher are considered, and the learners' results are reflected in examples. Important didactic-methodical principles, the key questions for lesson planning, learning goals, exercise types and their quality criteria were explained. The article shows that the use of the DLL units enables the learners to introduce themselves as teachers in the class and experience the preparation phase for their professional activity. The analysis results show that the most important points when planning the lesson, including the lesson goal, the ability to select exercises and tasks according to the learner's level of knowledge, and making the lesson process interactive, guarantees the lesson effectively to design. According to the requirements of modern methodology, it is emphasized that the student should be the focus of the lesson. The DLL program represents the same idea that exercises and tasks are linked to real examples so that the foreign language learner, in particular German, is actively involved in the lesson and thereby creates a foreign language environment in which he tries to express his thoughtse.
