The article is devoted to the analysis of the importance of independent education in the development of critical thinking and creative abilities of students. The main focus is on how independent learning contributes to the mastery of scientific materials, the formation of a unique learning style, as well as the development of the ability to think independently and express one’s thoughts. The article emphasizes the role of independent education in the social, emotional and spiritual development of students, which is necessary for solving complex life problems and active participation in public life. Methods and approaches are considered that allow students to independently find solutions to problems, increasing their worldview and creativity.
