The article examines the concept of linguistic personality in the context of linguistic personology, emphasizing its importance in the analysis of literary texts. Linguistic personality is considered as a fundamental concept denoting a person who creates, transmits, and perceives speech. The work analyzes the features of the linguistic personality of the writer and characters and their influence on the structure and content of the literary text. Particular attention is paid to how the personal characteristics of the author and characters are manifested in speech behavior and contribute to a deep understanding of their motivations and characters
