Political discourse is a key communication tool that is used by political actors to achieve certain goals in society. This linguistic phenomenon performs a number of functions, having a significant impact on the formation of public opinion, the organization of civil society and the dynamics of political processes. The article defines the concept of political discourse, examines its key strategies and functions, analyzing their importance and influence on the modern political space, and also reveals the important features of political discourse. The material is written on the basis of the works of domestic and foreign authors, which reveal the language of politics, techniques and methods of speech influence.
