This article provides a scientific analysis of the impact of cognitive analysis on management decisions in the education system. In the twenty-first century, decision-making processes in education are shifting from traditional administrative methods to scientific approaches based on the principles of human cognition. The article outlines the main tasks of cognitive analysis in educational management, including analyzing cognitive processes, distinguishing between emotional and rational factors, creating cognitive models, and predicting the possible consequences of decisions.
