Hypokinesia can occur in the human body due to nervous system disorders (Parkinson's, Alzheimer's), as well as in professional activities associated with a sedentary lifestyle (programmers, operators, accountants, etc.). Based on this, hypokinesia is classified into types related to physiological conditions, living circumstances, professional activities, clinical factors, climatic-geographical factors, and those occurring in school children.
