The article studies the structural features of phraseological units with a color component. The analysis of phrases in the Uzbek and English languages was carried out depending on which group of words is found in the sentence and is presented based on a table. It was determined what percentage of the studied expressions falls on each group of words. Based on an unchanged law, the combination of expressions in both languages according to their components was examined with examples and analyzed using a table.
