This article discusses the reasons for the seizure of property designated for transfer to state revenue, the procedure for its implementation and the classification of those who are subject to it by law. It also examines the current problems in the process of seizure of property designated for transfer to state revenue and puts forward relevant proposals. The existing procedures, restrictions and their compliance with international standards in the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan are also discussed.
