This article provides a scientific and technical overview of the emerging cyber threats to information systems used in the healthcare sector, as well as the functional capabilities of artificial intelligence technologies in their detection and elimination. The research analyzed cyber protection mechanisms based on machine learning and deep neural networks, in particular, intelligent systems aimed at detecting unusual behavior in the network, predicting malicious activity, and limiting cyberattacks in real time. Security solutions based on artificial intelligence are an effective tool for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and uninterrupted availability of medical information resources.
