This article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the database architecture of the state information system “E-Shahodatnoma”. The study studied the performance characteristics of the Microsoft SQL Server 2022 platform in a high-load environment, the relational topology and mathematical models of the data warehouse. The system contains a total database of 1.74 TB and more than 71 million records. During the study, the Hub-and-Spoke topology model, normalization levels (1NF, 2NF, 3NF), Foreign Key relationships and indexing strategies were practically analyzed.
