This article examines the issues of improving the legal framework for prosecutorial oversight of the implementation of food security legislation in our country, as well as analyzing the legislative experience of foreign countries on this matter. Based on the analysis, proposals aimed at enhancing the legal foundations for ensuring prosecutorial supervision over the enforcement of food security legislation have been substantiated.
