The author of this article attempts to conduct a comparative analysis of the peculiarities of the legal regulation of labor for persons with disabilities based on national legislation and foreign experience. In particular, the protection of labor for people with disabilities in labor relations includes key areas such as ensuring their rights and interests as an integral part of society, creating stable working conditions, and providing equal opportunities for them. This aims to ensure social justice and fight discrimination against people with disabilities in the labor sphere, as well as to address the issue of legal regulation of labor for people with disabilities, as disability can arise from various causes, and legal regulation should cover all workers, i.e., individuals with reduced work capacity.
