This article analyzes the issues of developing a communication management system based on artificial intelligence (AI) in the field of public services. During the research, the role of AI technologies in automating customer interaction, increasing the speed of service provision, and reducing human errors was studied. The results show that AI-based communication systems are an effective tool for improving service quality, responding quickly to customer needs, and reducing operating costs.
