Abstract: This article proposes algorithms and software integration models for effective data analysis in the DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) identification system based on STR (Short Tandem Repeat) markers. In the course of the study, mechanisms for comparing genetic profiles and determining the degree of compatibility were developed using 16 main STR loci for biometric identification. To test the effectiveness of the system, millions of random DNA profiles were created, and search and compatibility checks were performed among them.
