This article analyzes the effect of particle size and their concentration on the efficiency of a multicyclone device. Multicyclone technology is an important tool in industrial air purification, but its effectiveness depends on the physical properties of the particles. The research tries to explain the effectiveness depending on the particle size and concentration through mathematical modeling. Based on this model, the effect of particles on the device performance is clearly analyzed and the results are shown. The mathematical model is based on Newton’s second law and mass balance.
