The article addresses the problem of developing structures of ball rolling rolls and linear guides, which are considered the most important and necessary working components of ball rolling mills. In order to design ball rolling rolls with screw gauges with an offset center of streams and structures of linear guides of a ball rolling mill, algorithms have been developed to theoretically substantiate their geometric parameters through mathematical expressions. The solutions of the obtained mathematical expressions were analyzed in the MathCAD 15 program, and models of ball rolls and linear guides were developed in the KOMPAS 3d program.
