This article studies the legal aspects and institutional basics for gender equality in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Gender issues are a priority in the policies of many governments, and Uzbekistan is no exception to this rule. Today, institutional and regulatory fundamentals for ensuring gender equality have been created in Uzbekistan.
