The article substantiates the importance of developing international cooperation within the process of higher education system transformation, as well as the necessity of analyzing the institutional, economic, innovative, and managerial aspects of this process. Theoretical approaches proposed by various scholars highlight the scientific aspects of modernizing the higher education system and adapting it to the conditions of global knowledge.
