This article presents the results of scientific research conducted at the Samarkand Scientific Station. The development of new promising grape varieties, the expansion of vineyard acreage, and improvement of cultivation technologies are pressing issues. The yield of the varieties of Kishmish Sogdiana, Kishmish Terakli, Kishmish Beliy, Bayan shirey and Aleatiko, respectively, was 22.5; 18.6; 20.5 t/ha and 29.4; 21.0 t/ha.
