The article analyzes the features of prosecutorial oversight in the field of antimonopoly policy, taking into account international experience. Special attention is given to its function in protecting strategic sectors, ensuring legality, and strengthening competition policy. The importance of cooperation between the prosecutor's office, antimonopoly bodies, and the judiciary is emphasized as a key to effective competition.
