This article explores the role of information and communication technologies (ICT) in enhancing the creative potential of students in the service sector. It was found that digital tools have a significantly positive impact on students' creative thinking development, contributing to more effective and interactive learning. The use of ICT tools enables personalized approaches, encourages multimedia integration, and fosters a stimulating environment for creativity. Practical experiments were conducted with service-oriented students, allowing an empirical assessment of ICT application. The results substantiate the effectiveness of these technologies in developing creative capabilities in students.
