This article describes the introduction of international educational programs in vocational education organizations in order to train middle-level personnel to be competitive in the requirements of the domestic and foreign labor markets. Also, proposals and recommendations are developed for improving the processes of training qualified personnel through the introduction of international educational programs in the vocational education system.
