This article examines the problems of protecting the rights of entrepreneurs in the investment sector of Uzbekistan from a constitutional and legal perspective. The study analyzes key legal barriers, administrative difficulties, judicial issues, and private property protection challenges faced by investors. Special attention is given to the need for legislative reforms, improvements in the judicial system, simplification of administrative procedures, and the introduction of investment risk protection mechanisms. International experience, particularly Georgia’s reforms, is considered as an example of successful solutions to similar problems. The article concludes with specific recommendations for improving Uzbekistan’s investment climate.
