The article is devoted to the study of innovative approaches and new legal mechanisms in the field of international environmental law, developed to more effectively combat modern environmental problems. By examining new trends, including the concept of “environmental justice” and the use of digital technologies in environmental regulation, the article will analyze how these innovations are helping to adapt international environmental law to global challenges such as climate change, sustainable resource management, and ecosystem conservation.
