The article is dedicated to the history and activities of the Archaeological Museum of Samarkand State University. Among the higher educational institutions of Uzbekistan, the "Archaeological Museum Laboratory" was one of the first to be established within a department. It houses more than 60,000 archaeological artifacts and has been renovated in a modern style. Under the leadership of Professor N.A. Avanesova, the museum laboratory conducts fruitful scientific research while also engaging in a wide range of cultural and educational activities, becoming a destination for various categories of visitors. It serves as a scientific, educational, and spiritual-educational center utilized by independent researchers, doctoral students, and master's students. Under the leadership of N.A.Avanesova, along with fruitful scientific research, she worked in a wide range of cultural and educational spheres and became a place of pilgrimage for various categories of guests.
