Modern challenges in education require the implementation of innovative technologies that ensure personalization, accessibility, and increased efficiency in learning. Artificial Intelligence (AI) offers a wide range of opportunities for transforming educational processes. This paper discusses methods for designing and implementing AI-based educational tools. Special attention is given to the stages of user needs analysis, tool architecture development, and pilot testing. The results of applying technologies such as adaptive learning systems, intelligent assistants, and predictive analytics modules are presented. It is established that the introduction of AI tools contributes to improved student performance, reduced routine workload for educators, and enhanced student engagement. The analysis of the results showed that over 70% of students and teachers positively assessed the impact of AI on the learning process. However, limitations related to technical and ethical aspects were identified, emphasizing the need for further research and optimization. The paper is of interest to developers of educational technologies, educators, and researchers in the field of EdTech.
