The article analyzes the issues of developing knowledge, skills, and abilities in managing water resources, managing the quantity and quality of water resources at the level of water bodies and consumers, integrated water resource management, and ensuring water resource sustainability in water resource management for managerial and pedagogical personnel of higher educational institutions involved in the training of highly qualified modern personnel for the water management and reclamation sector.
